Bettye Jean

From a young age, Bettye had an appreciation of nature and the passion to create.  She drove her parents batty with the disorganization of her latest inspiration strewn across the kitchen table or the half-finished project cluttering the counter.  Still, her family fostered her love of art with materials, space, and praise. 

 

While never formally trained, Bettye continued to create with her curiosity and her imagination as her guides.  When people started to request her work, she realized that the joy that came from making her art could also be felt by the recipient of the piece.  Let her gift be your gift to give or enjoy.
